St. Louis Recreational Cyclists ride many weekday mornings from February through December. Occasionally rides are also scheduled at other times.

2 → 10–20
3 → 20–40
4 → 40–75
5 → 75–110
6 → 110+
Terrain
A – Almost Flat
B – Mild hills
C – Rolling hills
D – Severe climbs
E – Extremely hilly
Speed*
a → 6–12 mph (suitable for new riders or riders wanting a more leisurely pace)
b → 13–16 mph (speed maintained by many of our club riders)
c → 16–20 mph (advanced riders wanting a faster and more challenging ride)
d → 21+ mph
*Speed is that which most riders will maintain on a flat road without any significant wind.

Bring water, tools, spare tube and money. Ride cancels in hard rain, snow, below 40° F, or excessive heat.
Rides are free for St. Louis Recreational Cyclists members, non-members must join by their second ride.
